We take pride in building our products to high standards so you can rely on them for accurate, consistent measurements. Every product we make is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
If something isn’t right due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the product at no charge. Just contact us at support@briffidi.com, and we’ll help you through the process. Related shipping costs will be covered, at our discretion, within the United States only.
Because many components are 3D-printed, slight surface variations are normal and not considered defects. This warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidental drops, modifications, or normal wear and tear from regular use.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and isn’t transferable. Other than what’s stated here, we don’t make additional express or implied warranties. We’re also not responsible for incidental or consequential damages — but we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re satisfied.
